Chef Ethan Cosby is highlighting locally sourced seafood, meats, and fresh Maine produce with creative twists to tantalize your tastebuds. He loves taking fresh, seasonal ingredients, spice,s and herbs and presenting them in creative dishes that will spark curiosity and take you to exotic destinations right from the shores of Maine.
We recommend you try Chef Cosbys Louisiana-inspired, Lobster and Andouille Gumbo. Or tantalize your tastebuds with the 727 Orange Maple Salad or perhaps an Indian spiced Tandoori Chicken Sandwich. We also offer classic Maine fares like the Lobster Roll or Beer Battered Fish and Chips. May we suggest you complete your meal by indulging in a Hot Blueberry Crisp topped with home-made Maine Gifford’s Vanilla ice cream.
