60th Annual Windjammer Days Celebration

Boothbay Harbor Windjammer Days (June 26-July1, 2022) marks the kick-off to summer in the Boothbay region. It is a time to honor our maritime history and celebrate the vital role it plays in the lives of all who live here. Started in 1962, Windjammer Days has grown to a weeklong festival and is the cornerstone of summer traditions in the Boothbay Harbor region. From the Grand Gathering of the Windjammer Fleet to a golf tournament, road race, tug of war across the harbor, pirate duels and fireworks, this festival has something for everyone! There’s food events and live music, tours of the U.S. Coast Guard Station, a lobster eating contest, codfish relay, haunted history and maritime tours, rock skipping contest, and so much more.
