Company: Knickerbocker Group Position Title: Residential Cleaner Location: Boothbay, ME Knickerbocker Group is seeking a full-time Residential Cleaner to join our team. Qualified candidates must work efficiently and have excellent customer service skills and an energetic attitude.
Hours are Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4:30pm. Background check, driver’s license, and transportation is required.
Job responsibilities include:
· Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
· Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
· Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies.
· Notify superiors on any damages, deficits, and disturbances.
· Respond to client inquiries and complaints with professionalism and patience.
· Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate.
· Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.
· Additional duties and responsibilities as needed.

· Valid driver’s license.
