MORE EDUCATION | MEANS MORE OPPORTUNITIES | FOR OUR BOOTHBAY HARBOR REGION GRADUATES
In 1964 a group of community members motivated to help young people who aspired to further their education after graduation from Boothbay Region High School (BRHS) came together to form the Boothbay Region Student Aid Fund (BRSAF) organization, a non-profit 501c3. Today the BRSAF, led by an all-volunteer board, provides financial assistance in the form of grants to BRHS graduates to attend college, professional, graduate school, trade and technical school, as well as those returning to post-secondary education from the workplace. Financial assistance is available to qualifying BRHS graduates for up to six academic years, including three at the graduate school level.
