The office is owned and operated by its Principals, husband and wife team Michelle B. Phelps and Daniel A. Phelps. Our offices are located both in Damariscotta and Portland covering the Midcoast/Downeast and Southern Maine communities and beyond. Our licensed architectural offerings include planning, full architectural services, interior design, pre-design, real estate feasibility consulting, regulatory research and permitting, and construction budgeting.
