Stephanie works with buyers and sellers at all price points and strives to develop long-lasting and meaningful relationships through a consistent and open line of communication. Stephanie has a solid understanding of the ever-changing real estate technology, distribution, and social media tools that are available to search for and promote Maine’s special properties. Stephanie is a licensed Broker and a member of the Mountains to Shore Board of REALTORS® Lincoln County Council.
Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Tourism Administration from Endicott College in Beverly, Massachusetts. In college, she developed the travel bug and has since traveled to more than thirty countries for business or pleasure, many of them more than once, as well as having traveled extensively across the United States. Before landing in the world of real estate, Stephanie pursued a career in international education, with EF (Education First) in Cambridge, Massachusetts and CIEE (The Council on International Educational Exchange) in Portland, Maine, and Denver, Colorado. Although she has visited many spectacular places across the world, Stephanie believes that there really is no place like home – especially when home is as special and scenic as the Boothbay Harbor Region!
Stephanie first joined Legacy Properties Sotheby’s International Realty as Director of Operations, a full-time position that quickly morphed into Director of Operations and Agent Success. Stephanie’s strong attention to detail along with her professional experience in consulting and sales was a natural fit for success in the role of supporting Maine’s top real estate agents. Now she applies these tools in her own practice.
Stephanie resides year-round in Boothbay Harbor, Maine, where she is near family, friends, and the iconic Footbridge that spans the harbor. She enjoys all that Maine has to offer, including boating and paddleboarding around the harbor, hiking and snowshoeing the Boothbay Region Land Trust Preserves, as well as practicing yoga at a local studio and dining out at all the area’s excellent restaurants. Stephanie is an avid tennis player, and can often be found playing at the Boothbay Harbor Country Club and Boothbay Region YMCA. Last, but certainly not least, Stephanie is an animal lover with her rescue dog Coco and rescue cat Indigo.
