Despite the challenges and constraints of COVID19, our beloved Opera House has once again hit it out of the park with an impressive schedule of world class music! Taking in a show at the Opera House has always been intimate, but this season it’s almost like the musicians are performing just for you!
We cannot express the gratitude and admiration we have for our local businesses who are continuing on, through this incredible hardship, to provide a feeling of normality to our community and our visitors. We are so blessed.
‘The Opera House “reopened” in early July with 50 person/all-reserved seating audiences. The shows to date have been joyous evenings, and it’s been hard to determine whether audience members or the musicians are having more fun! We are following all state guidelines including requiring masks be worn by audience members, staff and volunteers. Come support musicians and have a bit of fun this summer. Shows are selling out, get your reservations early! Call the box office at 207-633-5159, no online tickets available’. Cathy Sherrill, Executive Director, BBH Opera House
