Dirty Bird Pottery is a one woman studio and shop conveniently located in the historic Old Bank Building at the intersection of Oak St. and Townsend Ave. Every piece is handmade by potter, Julie Moore (AKA “Dirty Bird”), finished with glazes that are made in house and then fired to 2235 degrees in one of the two electric kilns on site. Drop by to see her throwing pots on the wheel. Take a peek at the glazing/kiln room. We love interacting with the public and questions are always encouraged. Hope to see you soon.
